About A Samurai Tour Guide

I run a barrier-free guesthouse in Kamakura catering to both Japanese and international guests. As a long-time resident of Kamakura, I hope to share this beautiful, historic city with the world.
Let me talk about myself. I’ve worked here as a Samurai in a Samurai outfit in Kamakura for 5 years as a Kamakura concierge. I have done a lot of events and guide tours here.
My background is that I’ve majored in Japanese and Japanese literature at Meiji university and studied TESOL at Columbia Univ. So that means I can give you knowledge and experience about exploring Japanese history and culture in deeper level. I also had traveled all around Japan with my 50 cc motor cycle and made a lot of friends all around Japan, so that I can also consult with you where to visit, which I always do at my guesthouse.
I spent a lot of time making contribution to the elderly people and people with handicap to help themselves on their excursion at Kamakura. I founded the first wheelchair-accessible tour in Kamakura for people with ALS, which was written about in the Japan Times. So I definitely want to support the kids and the elderly, couple and those with handicapped in a physical way and informative way.
